5 Step Return Guide
Welcome to the RETTROSE Returns Portal. We've taken the stress out of the returns process with our simple 5-step returns. Returning your order is quick and easy using Royal Mail.
5-STEP RETURNS
- Head to your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point in over 12,500 locations. Not sure where yours is? Find your local Royal Mail drop spot
3. Your refund will be processed within just 10 working days.
4. Please note that £3.50 will be deducted from your refund for delivery charges*
5. Keep your postage receipt in a safe place (just in case!). Then, you're all set and ready for that refund.
THE SMALL PRINT STUFF
Don't wait too long… Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Not sure when your receipt date is? Check with your courier service, who should be able to give you a heads up on the exact date.
Keep It Intact - Make sure that your item(s) are still in their original condition and packaging with the tags attached. Watch out for any signs of damage.
Returns can take up to 14 working days to be fully processed. Hang in there while we get your refund over to you. Still haven't heard from us after that? Contact our customer service department who will be happy to hunt down the latest updates on your refund.
*If you return your order within the allowed time, we'll give you a refund for the items you bought and the standard delivery fee you paid. But if you paid extra for next day delivery or any premium Saturday/Sunday delivery, we'll only refund the standard delivery fee. Keep in mind, if you return some items but keep others, you might not get a refund for the delivery fee. Also, the refund might come in two parts—one for the items' costs and another for the standard delivery charge.

What items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns on any made-to-order items.
My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
What is your return period?
We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 14 days after a product arrives. After this time we cannot accept refunds or returns.
