Returns Policy
Welcome to the RETTROSE Returns Portal. We've taken the stress out of the returns process with our simple 5-step returns process. Returning your order is quick and easy using Royal Mail.
5-Step Returns
- Please contact us by the email rettroseuk@gmail.com.
- Head to your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, with over 12,500 locations nationwide.
Not sure where yours is? Find your local Royal Mail drop-off point. - Your refund will be processed within 10 working days once your return has been received.
- Please note that a return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.*
- Keep your proof of postage receipt in a safe place until your refund has been processed.
Important Return Information
Return Window:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are unsure of your delivery date, please check with your courier provider.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unused
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from damage or signs of wear
Processing Time:
Returns may take up to 14 working days to be fully processed. If you have not received an update after this time, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery Refund Information
If you return your order within the permitted return period:
- You will receive a refund for the returned item(s)
- Standard delivery charges will also be refunded where applicable
Please note:
- Premium delivery charges (Next Day, Saturday, or Sunday Delivery) are non-refundable
- If only part of your order is returned, delivery charges may not be refunded
- Refunds may be processed in separate transactions
